The travel around the world but make it locally grown. We love to take inspiration from different food cultures
and still make the food our own with ingredients available in our local store. Thats why we try to recreate meals with local ingredients a lot.

Cabbage is higly underrated and used a lot both in asian and Swedish foods so cabbage pancaked sounds like the perfect hybrid food.
As my brother love to point out this might not be an authentic okonomiyaki but damn its so good

Oh yes, time for the sweet one. HOMEMADE ICE CREAM, never tell me we are only focused on weekday dinners okay?
So ice cream is actually really easy, we add condensed milk for extra fluffiness which makes this recipe
really good to use even if you don't have an ice cream machine.

Can we also just appreciate this pic for a second, that's a yoga mat as the background +1 point for creativity.

Why we do what we do

Food matters, it matters in the way we take care of ourselves, of our time, of our loved ones.
It matters for the planet, for the oceans and the animals, for the artic and for rain forrest.
It matters in more ways than I can count, and its true we need to change some of our habits.

We need to start choosing green not because we are vegans but because we care, for all of those things, so we are here to give some inspiration, to provide a platform. Now it is user driven and therefore we do not control in what direction this platform will go. But our hope is that our recipes will give you the inspiration to start choosing plant based, maybe just for a meal, or a week, or every now and then when it suits.

We made the platform now you make it yours, just make sure you make it good
